Our coffees are provided by local micro roastery Casino Mocca (link). With over seven years experience in the business of roasting coffee, Casino Mocca has amassed many tried and tested relationships with some of the best small scale coffee producers in the world. Their light roasts allow the beans to speak for themselves, revealing a crisp acidity and complex flavour profiles that shine in espresso form as well as milk based drinks.
We are dedicated not only to producing exceptional coffee drinks but also delicious treats to suit a variety of restrictive, and not so restrictive diets. We use seasonal ingredients whenever possible, and work with local, small scale producers. Our buttery pastries are baked fresh daily and we always have a handful of vegan and/or vegetarian options in our daily offering, ranging from vegan wraps to vegan cookies and raw-vegan sweets and our house specialty: vegan banana bread. So good you wouldn’t think anything was missing.
